Just beautiful, Tim!  Kind of hate to get it dirty.  Maybe Mike will only take us on "clean" trails next month.  Yea, right!

Thanks everybody!!!  It's been a challenging project that has run on far too long.  There have been plenty of hiccups.  Mainly caused by my idiocy. :-? :-[   It's nice to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Looking very nice Hawk  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

For your fasteners are you using stainless?  Paint them?  Natural zinc?

Hi Roger,
Just your everyday standard issue zinc plated. On my first project, I tagged and bagged ever bolt, but went with mostly new nuts, bolts and screws. I learned how time consuming it was to clean up these old pieces. I realized they would quickly rust over again if I didn't get them replated. I decided this wasn't worth the fight. I'm just not that much of a purist. Now, on something like yours, I may consider a more purist approach.

Not sure I can get them both on my trailer.

I guess I won't get to drive this year.  Strictly a passenger. ;)
