Beginning a family Jeep restoration

Hello all,

I recently went and picked up a Jeep and bantam trailer from my parents place and am starting the teardown process. Any pointers are welcome. I haven't had a chance to look over all the pages yet, but am looking forward to going through them!

I will have to get a better picture of the Jeep [ch128512]

Well...I am in Meridian Idaho actually. Figure most people know Boise though. I will work on getting more pictures up soon. Plan to post some of my progress (and struggles) along the way.

I have removed all of the interior seats and gas tank. Next to remove engine... That might take longer.

Gully Jumper 8-) I Spy a PTO stick.. The tub's been modded to accommodate the hardtop doors..

Yep, it has a PTO winch on the front.

As for the modified tub...to my knowledge the tub itself has not been modified. There is the added brace near the seats and then there is some additional flashing around the doors. Do you see something else that makes you think it has been modified more? Just curious because I was under the impression that is how all the tubs are.
