Thanks Derek.  I miss her greatly - she spent a fair amount of time with me and Bob as he helped me to put it all back together in my garage.

Here's Scoutpilot's video of my carb on his 69 f-head.  I'm sure hoping it runs that well on my 3b.  If it arrives in Austin soon enough, I'll be able to install it myself.  I'll make my own video to post here.

Your carb left today. It will be in Austin before the end of the week barring a Christmas rush.

Merry Christmas to all.

Unfortunately, I've still got a problem - starting to think vacuum.  Run's at a high idle, low power.  On to reading the Service Manual.  Thoughts on where to go from here appreciated.
