Last summer I purchased an alternator conversion kit on ebay for my 48.  I put together the bracket and installed the alternator so that I could run my chassis.  I have since decided to go with a generator setup.

This will include the alternator, wiring harness, mounting bracket, coil (you will need a ballast resistor) belt and bracket. 

The top bracket is ok, I used washers at the front plate and the alternator to make it work.  If I kept it I was going to bend a z into it to make it look nicer but it works as is.

$100 shipped obo. or trade for a good (working) 12v generator and voltage regulator that will fit in my 48.

Ive got 6.50 x 16 sta super traxion tires on mine.
