	That was a crazy engine. The pistons were almost 2" bigger than those in John Deere's biggest 2 cyl tractor - 7.5". The biggest Deere was only 5.75" Do the math and you'll find that each cylinder was over 400 cubic inches. Bigger than most V8s. Wow. The S76 engine was also built in a version to power dirigables. They used two of them, rated at 350 HP each. It was pretty much doomed within a few short years as newer technology got the same HP out of an engine half the displacement. Talk about impressive though. What a monster.
