Alright guys I got the next few days off. What should I do step by step for this clutch? It all appears to be connect correct from the pedal to the arm coming out if the transmission. What could I have done when I took out or installed the motor to screw it up?

Ok let's start with the easy-to-get to outside stuff.

Do you have all of these parts?

The most obvious would be the pedal return spring. It's the one that connects to the pedal arm on one end and to a frame bracket on the other end. If it's missing the pedal would have very little resistance.

it may seem simple, but is the clutch fork on the pivot and in the throwout bearing housing?

The return spring is there yes. I believe the clutch fork is good. Nothing is obviously out of place

Will it shift in and out of gear? Are you sure the clutch cross shaft is facing the right direction? It's easy to get it backwards. Let's kick some more ideas around before you go pulling the transmission.

Possible but unlikely. Way too vague of a question.

Ryan was talking about the tube that fits between the frame and the transfer case, the rod from the pedal goes on one end, and the cable to the clutch fork on the other...

Is it in place?..I don't have a good picture...
