Fender flares or wider fenders?

Anyone know of any aftermarket front fenders that are a few inches wider than stock? Or a bolt on flare to give a few more inches of coverage for wider tires?

If nothing is out there what have people found to be the best way to widen the fenders, short of having a custom pair made?
