EVERYTHING leaks: Mains, Pumpkins, transfer.  Where do you start? And where are
The best places to get gaskets, bearings etc.......I am trying to get away without
Totally rebuilding the L head, it seems to run nicely after sitting for 15 years.

Thanks for your experience and opinion.

I get my parts from Walcks. They are real sticklers for quality parts. I would do the differentials first and work my way up the drive train.

Also, check the surface the seal rides on for excess roughness, so it doesn't chew up the new seal.

Just remember, with a willys, its not a leak, its marking its territory in case a JK or a TJ comes by............ Grin Grin Grin

I was taught that power tools, generators, starters and Landrovers have smoke installed at the factory when they are built. It is our job to try and keep the smoke in, However if you let the smoke out it is never good. I let the smoke out of an old drill the other day, RIP.  Wink Wink Grin
