You could try your local friendly auto parts store. They might be able to get either a carquest brand or what ever they carry for their line.

Apple Hydraulics will sleeve your old brake cylinders with brass to original specs if they are still otherwise usable. I had an MGA master done nearly 20 years ago and it still works fine, and they just did my 3a master...
