I can't figure out how it all goes together.
I picked up the carb to air horn seal from Walcks and it looks like the thing should slip up inside of the air horn and then all of that goes over the carb.  It's all to tight and doesn't want to fit even snuggly.
Then the seal sleeve for the air horn to cross over tube.  let me be stupid here and ask if the air horn slips into the cross over tube a little.

Any pictures or help is much appreciated.

I think I ripped two of those trying to get it on the right way... I finally used  a 2 inch length of raidator hose and a a clamp. Seems to work fine.
  

Climbs trees, hides in the long grass, hangs out with wet dogs...

They're really quite easy to put on if you put it onto the carb first, then slide the airhorn into it.
