You have a lot going on there.
-The sheet metal is early MD Juan reproduction.
-Dana 44 rear axle and Dana 25 front axle suggests a later CJ3A or M38.
-You already knew the engine is a transplant.
-The seat frames are not original, but look like a pretty nice modification.
-Radiator is a 2A...early 3A or M38.  A slightly different view would help narrow it down.
-The body tag doesn't look right.  I'm not sure what's going on there.
-The front wheel looks like an original Kelsey Hays 15" wheel.  Not sure where the rear wheel belongs.
-The frame is a 3A.

It's a real nice rig overall.  Because of the frame and the axles, I would probably say it is a CJ3A.

Awesome input, thanks!

What are your thoughts on this engine... I'd like to identify it, any ideas where I may find some markings to help? I'm going to get out there and crawl around this afternoon to see what I can find...

The engine is a Willys Hurricane.  Also called an F-134.

This is a fairly common and relatively easy swap.  They are compatible with the 3A frame and the rest of the drive train.  If you see a Willys flat fender with a hole in the hood, it probably has an F-134.

This engine is originally found in the CJ3B, M38A1 and the CJ5...among other Willys and Kaiser models.  It's a good engine...with more horsepower than the original L-134 Go Devil.

Installed new Superlift leaf springs and shocks over the weekend... Built for a 1" lift but it looks like I ended up with about 2"! Also put in a new Optima Red and full size spare.
