Hi from Idaho
« on: March 02, 2016, 11:19:31 PM »
Hi from North Idaho.
Working on a CJV-35 first got when in Middle School.  In high school (late 60's), I adapted a 289 Ford V8 into the Jeep with the help of my father.  My brother took ownership of the Jeep for the past several years and started the rebuild process with new clutch, brakes, and fuel tank.   Now I have the transmission and some body work to do.  I've got spring break coming up at the end of the month and hope to get some pics.  I am enjoying reading thru many of your posts and hope to share the fun.

Serial number is 10222. It's registered as a 1951 but I'm pretty sure 1950 is the manufacture year.  Will try and role it out in the sunshine at the end of the month and shoot some photos.  Definitely a work in progress.  Hope to get the tranny pulled by the end of the month to find a knock.
