Hello from Johnson City, TX
« on: August 20, 2013, 12:56:47 PM »
I have had this Jeep for about 15 years. It's been in storage for about the last 10 or so. I'm re powering the little beast with a Kubota diesel. Hopefully soon the last few parts will make themselves available. I've done a front disc brake conversion to her years ago. Greatly improved stopping. The L head just gave up, shortly after a rebuild and I parked her in a storage. She's followed me around for years and I will finally get her running again.

If any of you are in the area lets get together and visit. I also do VW's and many other strange and wondrous autos.
HOW FAST can your wallet travel?

Hi David,

I used to do VWs, moslty campers, but moved my last one out two years ago to make room for a '57 Willys Station Wagon. Only have so much room for hobbies.

You forgot to tell about blowing things up.  ;)

Welcome.
