404 Attachments No Longer Found

I'm noticing that attached images/videos aren't available - maybe just for me.  I'm just getting my feet wet again.  Remember, I was a problem for a while.

48willys' attachment also not visible. 

I didn't notice this issue with images hosted from another site and the link added to the post.
