Link to add to The CJ3A Database pages does not seem to function

When I click on this link: Want to be listed in the serial # database
on the Database page, I get this:

I'm guessing that there may be some upgrades or link changes and that may not have been updated.  Pascal will probably have to see what needs to be done.
