CJ3a windshield vent
« on: August 30, 2022, 12:58:54 PM »
I bought a used windshield for my cj3a, and it has the lever on the vent, but not sure what locks it. I can't find any reference to the locking mechanism on any parts sites.

I'm hoping someone can take a pic and post it, so I can get an idea of what I need to find or fabricate.
Thanks in advance.

Here are a couple of pictures of the loop that holds the latch closed.

One of the members here was making them, but it's been a little while. I'll let you know if I can find his posts.
