Welcome! There are two main ways to post images. 1. Post your images somewhere else (host) and use the img icon to add a pair of [img]'s to your text window, the add the url to your image between the brackets.
2. The other way is to click below on Attachments and that opens a window to browse your computer to find that image and attach it below your text at the bottom of your post.
