My 3B won't hold idle and dies when "hot".
« on: October 26, 2020, 11:29:26 AM »
Hello Gents!

I have noticed during my last 2 rides on my 3b that the same, during hot weather and riding it after 2 hours, when I go into neutral and stop in a stop sign o stop light, it shuts down.

I can start it once again, run it normally (no fails/sputters), but it wont hold the idle when stopped.  After it cools down, all is normal once again and will idle at any stop.

Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Jorge

Sounds like it's running too lean.  Did you try choking it a bit?
