This certainly looks like an original starting point.
I'm guessing the serial number prefix should 451 GB1

Here is the beginning of my restoration first thing is the frame, items that needed repair includes rear cross member, front bumper the 2 left side body mounts which I ended up making my own since all I could find were the cj5 style and I made a frame rail support for the left frame rail due to the excessive pitting on the top and bottom I primed both parts then I sandwiched with calk between the edges and around rivets, and bolt hole locations after it was sand witched together, I then drilled all locations I installed rivets and body mounts and then added bolts to help prevent warping while I stitch welded the top and bottom. I am using a red oxide primer with semi gloss enamel black frame paint.

So you already stripped the thing apart in less than a month!  I wish I had this kind of free time!  I am glad the frame on mine is in good shape, but the body...

Tell us a bit about what you need to do to get it back together.

The only parts of the body that can be salvaged is the hood, grill, windshield frame and the dash maybe the tailgate there was no floor in the back it had plywood floor and fender wells the drive train on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate 6.5 my plans are to customize the engine with bi y headers and dual carbs not sure of the size yet but I will probably use either mikuni or Keihan CV motorcycle carbs with coolant ports to prevent carb icing being a kawasaki motorcycle dealer  I have a lot of experience with the tuning, I also think I can increase the size and still eliminate the hick up from a quick throttle change that is experienced when using over sized carbs, my goal is to get around 75 to 80 hp out of it.
