How i can clean it and can i install it like this?

The  threaded end is threaded in the carburetor and the other end to  the line from the fuel tank. I have a disposable one so not sure about maintenance but scoutpilot and others will know. Probably just soaking it in solvent and blowing it out will do the jon.

Great stuff
Glad you have it figured out. I would like to have one of those glass bowl filters. Going to get one off of scoutpilot when I get my 3A on the road hopefully. He really helped me with my carburetor issues and I like to support our contributing members for their expertise when I can.

I have those on my jeeps as well. I find that they work really well.
Nate in Western MA 1953 3A #3268, The Jalopy, '47 2A Wheelin' rig, '49 3A, #37071, unmolested, bone stock named Ted
