Will a '56 3B hard top fit a 3A?

I found a local guy selling a hard top and doors for a 1956 3B. Will these fit a '53 CJ3A?

NO, not without alterations.  Tried a CJ5 on a 3A. To much work, for the outcome, and passed the deal.

The top should fit but the front edge of the doors will not match up with the windshield frame/cowl.
