It's a cowl support bracket, right? Maybe try ArmyJeepParts.net or Midwest Military?

Might also be listed as a toeboard gusset. Someone scrapping out a tub may have one, also they should be available from MD Juan dealers.

I looked around at all the online catalogs with no luck, so I posted in Rommel's body /tub thread on the 2A page. If he has any info on whether MDJ has that part available we will hear soon. He seems to frequent that thread more than our site and is in the US at the MVPA convention right now.

An additional question related to this part...

Does anyone know what they call the small piece that hangs off the bottom...used to mount the tub to the frame?  I'm not sure if this piece is reproduced by itself.

I am missing the passenger side.

Toeboard gusset to frame bracket.� I did see that in DL Bensingers listings for the MB/GPW, and I believe it is the same part. For some reason the 3A body parts are not online on anybody's website from what I can tell.

There is also a floor brace that goes between the gusset and the frame, and back underneath the floor. If your gusset is gone it is probably junk as well.  I did see it in the online catalogs in the section with the floor hat channels.

BMIC, it might be worth giving one of the major parts places (Walcks, Kaiser Willys, DL Bensinger) a phone call about your needs. None of the usual suspects seem to have a complete tub parts listing online.

I just looked at MD Juan's web site with no luck, this part seems to be the missing link. None of the regular catalogs or web sites list it and since I'm not sure what it's called the parts catalog is of little use.

I have a set from my reproduction body if you want them. I can send them with the louvers too.

Great company to deal with quality and good prices. I don't think the guy ever sleeps and if you mention a product he checks it out and has expanded his line a lot.He doesn't carry them but I would contact him and see if he has had other inquiries.
