A Harbor Freight wooden furniture dolly with a chunk of 3/4 plywood on top works well. Jeep engines stand up well on their own, but it wouldn't hurt to run a ratchet strap around it to keep it from falling over. I have several of the dollies around the shop and even the smallest ones they sell work for jeep motors. Don't get the plastic ones, and check the grain direction on the wooden ones.
