Found this on Craigslist looks like a cj3a from the front bumper but the plate on the cross member is making think it might be military? �

It is an M38A1. Front springs have reversed shackles. A dead giveaway along with the machine gun mount.

I'm pretty sure Nate is right.  The front cross member and motor mounts have been butchered.
