When changing the oil, how do you remove/drain the oil from the
filter cannister?  Hope this question isn't to simple.

I used a Mityvac.  But a turkey baster would work.  Just wash it before you put it back in the kitchen drawer.

You can buy a rubber bulb thing that is like a baster but it's all plastic and rubber. Rinse it out and drain it after use to make it last longer. Horrible Freight has a small hand pump that works real good.

I purchased a hand suction pump from NAPA for about $10. �It's about the size of a grease gun.  Works great.
