New Life Canvas
« on: February 02, 2018, 06:52:36 PM »
Anybody know what's up with New Life Canvas? They appear to have "gone dark." The Web site looks good, but calls and emails have had no response for the past several days. I had gotten a quote, some time in early January, now is a good time for me to pull the trigger on this rather expensive (to me) item, and I'm getting nowhere. :-?

I called them once. The girl picked up the phone and we talked and she sent me samples.

Others have had worse luck...

Odd. Usually when you "walk in" to a place with your wallet out, you get an eager response. At least until the sale is made. Mona and I have had a long and pleasant phone conversation, she sent me a quote, and now radio silence. Oh, well.

I just looked at a discussion on the G503 yesterday about New Life, seems those guys are pretty upset as well, same story, nice lady but very little follow up and a long time to deliver.

DO NOT deal with New Life. I had a 13 month bad time with her, It is in another place here and on the Gee in CJ forum. Another member on the GEE had to engage attorney to get his deposit back. No matter how good you may be it is not worth terrible treatment as a customer.
