Equivalent Part Numbers
« on: August 23, 2013, 03:42:19 PM »
This is were you enter in what part number you found would allow you to get the right part even if a 3A does not show up in the NAPA (or any other part stores) data base.
If you want just PM and I can enter them.

Example
Brushes for a 6 volt Autolite Generator = R413 -- Napa Parts number.

James, any numbers you have for NAPA parts go right ahead and list them.. Do you need also to specify what line they are from , such as Echlin for points or Raybestos for brakes or whatever?

There was a list of NAPA numbers floating around the interweb thingy  for the WWII jeeps, some of that may interchange but not a lot.. Last I checked some parts from that list at my local NAPA store the numbers were way too old.

And if anyone actually purchases stuff in the future from NAPA o0r CARQUEST or OReillys or whatever...for their jeep, and it fits, please let us know what numbers you had that actually worked as well as any alternate numbers found on the boxes or receipts.
Owner of the world famous?? Pintojeep 3A and one yet to be named stock project 3A.
