Please help us keep our administrative staff out of jail or court. In today's legal system we don't want to have any part in what is basically an illegal transaction in most states. Whether you advertise a title or vin plate for sale for collector and display use only or to use to retitle an otherwise paperwork void vehicle, it is still illegal and possibly a felony.
Titles should be sold only as part of complete jeeps, or major parts thereof. If you choose to ignore this rule and post a title for sale, it will be deleted from your ad.
Sorry to be so heavy handed about this but seriously.. We don't need to have the site shut down because we allowed it here, and it is a possibility. What you do privately is your own business but when you post it on our boards for all the world to see.....it becomes our business as admins, too. Other sites may allow title sales, we do not.
