Brush Guard

I took the brush guard off my Jeep, I like the look better without it.
I don�t know if this is an original guard or an aftermarket one. Is there any demand for these, any value? I haven�t decided if I�m going to sell it yet, just curious.
The po put a fairly heavy coat of paint on it, thought I would take it to NAPA and get it blasted and primed.[reason]Add info[/reason]

That's either 663550 or 663551 (not sure which) Chaff Screen and Brush Guard.  Replacements are offered from vendors (one listed as $83.95 while the other listed $225 -wow!)

So condition may be a big factor on its value. 

I don't know how well the fine screen material would hold up to blasting.

They use media, media blasting. What�s media?

Media is whatever, sand, glass bead, crushed walnut shell, whatever. I had a screen in the same condition and it cleaned up nice with a HF hobby blaster and sand. Low psi on the compressor.

I'll see what media they use. He was concerned about the small wire being able to withstand the material. But he has not actually seen the screen yet.
