I know from a quick interweb search that people have made their own half doors for the cj2 and 3�s some look good some look not so good.
Has anyone here made their own half doors? I am thinking about making a pair. Using 3/4� square tubing for a frame and 11 gauge sheet metal for a outer skin and maybe a 1/8� sheet PVC inner door skin for looks, Just not sure how to make the hinges and handle. I only planed on having the doors high enough to sit flush with the rear of the tub.
Anyone with some experience doing this they would like to share?
