Plate cj3a
« on: October 06, 2016, 11:13:04 AM »
Hi. I'm looking for a plate that is located in the rear wheel housing. Is of a Willy CJ-3A, 1951. In social network Facebook was told that is the export plate, I need to know where I can get one.

Here is what I believe you are looking for, this is for my Jeep. Do you know anymore about what it is for? What is an "export plate"? Sorry for the crappy upside down photo

Carla,
I'm confused.    You said it "is located in the wheel house".  Did you mean "on" the wheel house?  If so, then I think Kirkski might have your answer.  Speaking of this, have you had any time to research that plate?

The only plate I could think of in the wheel house is this support...

Yes, I have researched on this plate, but I still have not come up with somewhere I can sell it, so I look for more information.

I'd try http://www.dataplates4u.com

Even if he doesn't currently make it, maybe he will. Robert is a great guy to work with and his data plates are excellent.
