Body/Fender Anti-Squeak

The parts book lists an anti-squeak item between the fender and the body (A-2662 and A-3158).

I have searched the major suppliers and do not find anything. 

I can always find something at Home Depot but would like to know what others have used.  There needs to be something between the two painted surfaces.
