Motorized Mini Jeep
« on: March 17, 2016, 11:35:55 AM »
I had a chance to ride in one of these things yesterday - WOW!

http://www.motobuys.com/paz125-1-ib.html

125cc Honda-clone motor, disc brakes, 3-spd w/reverse and top speed of 37 mph! Makes me want to sell my golf cart and upgrade. Here' s the chief operator showing how it's done.

And this is not my video but here's a couple guys really putting this thing through its paces. The thing absolutely flies!

$1800 for one but supposedly if you buy 10 or more the price drops to about $600ea. I'm tempted to buy 10 and line up nine of them on the front yard under a "For Sale" sign.

For what I anticipated was going to be flimsy Chinese junk, the one I saw was surprisingly over built. Very rugged little machine. I'm curious to see how it hold up.

These are cool. I think the shipping cost for a container overseas would be expensive though. Also I'm not sure what other regulations there are here in the US that might prevent these from being sold. We're the land of regulations so there's a good chance these little jeeps may not comply.
