Both the green 3B and red 2A from the same collection? They look in great condition, great rescue...

Ditto Athawk, you have them coming so fast its hard to remember which find each was with.... BUT KEEP THEM COMING!

Yes, same collection.  The 2A and 3B are very rough but not nearly as bad as the next two I'm scheduled to bring home. Those are way worse.... :D

have you kept a record of how many actual running Willys have gone through your possession? not parts, but by the time they leave you actual running Jeeps...

Aside from these threads, not really. For now I can still probably count the running ones on one hand.

The non-running ones would require several more hands

I'm having so much fun doing ultra-dangerous laps around the neighborhood in the 3B I almost think it should count as two running Jeeps  ;D

I dragged home the severely rotted 1950 3A serial #40754 today. It's in really bad shape but has a few harvestable parts.

It has an original rear view mirror - I believe this is the first one I've found. Too bad it's completely shot.

I love the custom gun rack. It has already found its way into my house and I'm trying to decide what wall to hang it on.

Is this a Jeepster wheel with the hub cap tabs?

I have a couple of these jacks now. Anyone know if it's a Willys jack or just some generic thing?

And completely off-topic here but cool nonetheless. It's that time of year when they're burning the blueberry fields. I passed several of them today.

I'm was very near the coast and that is salt water you see.

They use tractors dragging trailer mounted torches. I think one of those would make an outstanding Jeep accessory at the next car show.

I dragged home a couple more Saturday but even I'm finding my own posts annoying now. I did a little Jeepscaping yesterday so here's one of that instead....

The beat up green one does have some nice goodies to scavenge.  I cant say Ive ever seen wheels with the tabs.  Very cool.

A hedgerow has new meaning at the Ryan Estates.  I vote you get enough to build a zombie-proof fortress.

Why do they burn down the berry fields?

About the hubcaps....never seen those kind.

I saw pics of those rims with ribs on it but not like this.

I'm pretty certain I am violating several property deed covenants and possibly on or more local ordinances. Don't tell anyone.  ;D

And I have no idea why they burn the berry fields but they do it every year. They new ones must grow better when you burn out all the old dead stuff.

Can you post a photo of the drivers side of the transmission shift boot retainer ring?

Thanks!!

You are looking to see if it has a bend in it, right? I remember you mentioning that before. This one has it.

Does CJ-2A 165353 (ECW contest Jeep) have a body tag? If so what is the number? If not are there holes for a body tag? What is the ACM number?

Thanks :)

Thanks again!!! CJ-2As in that range of serial numbers did not have body tags.
