Watch out for critters and bugs in that thing.

Did you check the trans in that CJ-5 yet?

Not yet. I've been distracted with the disassembly of that GPW. I know whatever it is appears to be seized.

Edit: I just checked. T90A-1  >:(

Ryan's Jeep Emporium! I'm guilty of collecting, but I think a very wide line would have been drawn in the yard at my house. Looks like fun to me! LOL, John

I've been away for a week or so with self-imposed minimal internet access vacationing with friends and chewing up new ground looking for hidden Willys. I did find some cool stuff but I didn't drag anything back with me. I did, however, return home to a pile of messages on the Willys Hotline that I'm now wading through. As a result, I dragged this little guy home today - a solid but banged up Bantam trailer (I'm told a uniform truck backed into it years ago....). Not sure what I'm going to do with it yet but the tires held air and the (original!!) coupler worked so I hitched it to my truck and dragged it around for half-a-day before finally getting it home.

VACATION as defined by RyanM,  "a two week opportunity to get friends and family involved in the hunt".
I must say that I am a bit dissapointed to see the trailer arrive back home empty!

I had a guy approach me out of the blue whilst I was parking my 3A in town today. A few hours later and I'm striking a deal to clean out the barn of a recently departed life-long Willys nut relative of his. Where is my camera crew??

The complete Jeeps (all 4) were spoken for but nobody had any idea what to do with the loose parts until I came along. I bought the entire contents of the garage but could only take a few things with me tonight. I'll be back with a trailer tomorrow and then figure out where the heck I'm going to go with it all. There's a lot of junk but a few treasures in the mix....

My 3A posing with its new finds

Fuel pumps

How about a nice YS?

WO

Wirshing MFG Governor. For a PE-95??

Gawd I hope this is for a 3A....

Motors and assorted junk...

More pics as I drag stuff out this weekend.....

And you guys have seen this before but I passed it today again and couldn't help but stop for a pic. Wicked decent.

That looks like a really nice haul.  I wish I were your neighbor.  I'd come help you move it with the hope you'd throw some parts my way. ;)

If Scoutpilot hasn't spoken for all of them, I'm always looking for another Carter WO to rebuild.

Go for it Tim. I'm more interested in the pumps and a decent radiator myself. I've got enough cores to keep me busy for a while. [smiley=cool.gif] [smiley=cool.gif]

Sorry Tim. I wish you spoke up sooner. The WO is already en route to the Netherlands.

Scout, pumps are yours and I'll let you know when I have an update on the radiator. Hopefully tomorrow.

Ryan,

Once again you have scored the motherload! I am so amazed - almost brings a tear to the eye!

Funny how this kind of find is so exciting.

Hope the door frame works out in your favor!

My O'Ryan headlight bezels are looking good as well - putting the final black paint on this weekend. My thanks to you again.

I think this thread should be re-titled.
Instead of ". . . I really have a problem"
It should be " . . . I really have a gift"
You have some magic touch or gift or magnetism or you take some kind of pill or . . .
If it's a pill, bottle it. We'll all buy some.
