out in the cold...
« on: February 17, 2015, 07:27:15 PM »
just got back in the house after pulling people up icy hills on my ATV.  it's amazing what people will try to go up (or down) in a 2wd truck or a minivan!  I'm talking steep hills with 2 inches of 100% ice.  people are nuts!  but, I feel like I did a good deed for the day.  the one I feel the best about, was an older Mexican guy.  he was stuck going down the hill.  every time he moved, he did nothing but slide.  there was no one else to help him, and he would have been in a pretty bad pickle had I not showed up.  that's the one that made it all worth it.

Do you have chains on the ATV?
Or studded tires?

no chains, no studded tires...  just gave it hell and it pulled them all out.  it's a '13 Suzuki king quad 500.  heck of a machine.
