Jeep VS. Shovel
« on: October 31, 2012, 12:27:10 AM »
For some time I've been planning to dig out the rose bushes along my driveway this fall.  Being one of a lazy sort I thought it'd be more fun to use the Jeep to pull them out.

Jeep VS. shovel.

Just wrap a chain around the base and....

The Jeep wins!

Surely someone is getting more fun out of their Jeep than just pulling out old rose bushes.  Doesn't anyone have some pics of something better going on? Carl, Mac, come on back, Arch Canyon is just begging for some visitors.

You devil, your tempting me to travel back to drive Arch Canyon and I am having withdrawal issues as it is. I can assure you there is nothing I would rather do than go back into Arch Canyon.

I like your use of the Jeep to remove the Rose bushes. Having Rose bushes by a driveway does have thorny issues indeed. ;D

I'm ready anytime. The Jeep is running fine ans I drive it every day. Hope the folks on the East Coast get a long  time of good luck. They can sure use it. Mac

I sure wish my wife would let me at the rose bushes, I dislike those things!
I have had luck pulling things up with a hi-lift and a choker but the Jeep looks funner. I wonder if the M38 would be up to task pulling an apple tree.
