There is a wire brush you can get from Snap-On to clean the inside of the light bulb socket.

Do you have a photo?  Is it better than the small brass brush for the Dremel?

I checked the Snap-On catalog online and it looks like they don't sell them now. I doubt it's much better than a small brush in a Dremel. You may find one at a auto parts store.

A plumbers fitting cleaner brush would work good  1/2 in. size
