Here's the start , and hopefully I can post pictures as I go along.

july 2015, when the jeep was delivered.



November 2016, got the necessary body parts for a "simple" conversion to CJ3a.



March 2017

Slightly forced into a rather major restaration due to a few problems. Body panels that didn't fit properly, gearbox re-arrangement, alterations to the frame and the like.
All this had been done to install a diesel engine, which was a popular modification due to higher fuel prices and this country at one piont.

I did plan a major restauration, but rather in few years.
Considering the state of the frame and bottom of the body, I'm happy to start now.
I suppose the previous owner did take it off-roading once and awhile, but never cleaning it properly as the dirt got clogged just about everywhere.

I did post this also in the presentation thread, so sorry about that.
