I got my brake line kit from walcks and the long line was bent like that. It straightened out with no issues and fit perfect.

EDIT.
I looked at those pictures on my computer instead of my phone.  Except for the bend in the long line on my kit, the bends in all the other lines matched the old ones.  Did you get an Omix- ADA kit?  Mine was the USA made one from Walcks.

Yes my is Omix-ADA from kaiserwillys.com  I'm a little surprised they bend them like that, strange way to save a couple bucks on cardboard boxes lol.
