Installed the wheel with new nuts as the old ones were butchered with a drift to get them off and back on.

Next I added the lower portion of the lockout attaced the axle and nut and put a new cotter pin in. Of course the lockout were completely taken apart, cleaned, inspected and lubricated.

Top half of lockout added, torqued down and tabs bent over. The tie-rod in the picture is being replaced with a proper length one that does not need to be bent to get proper toe setup.
