still trying to figure the number over water pump
and im like 80% sure body doesnt fit engine
body is
452 GB1
37705

now engine casting number : �641087-L-W5A-NI-CR-N2 with 2 "CC" over



then date casting number : �3-4



and this number 03 0 � in front right




i know im not the first one asking this �: �read alot on it �but still missing info, if anyone can help
try to find out year assembly....or do i realy need number over water pump

Engine serial number is right up at the front normally.

The serial number of the jeep does'nt exactly match with the engine.

Here is how mine look like:

Definitely the engine needs a complete dismantling and cleaning... then post some more pictures if you don't find any fatal cracks or severe wear..... Your clutch looks too rusty and greasy to even consider using it for anything but a core.
