I can't say about the brakes or oil filter. Does the water pump have any shaft play to it? As Bob mentioned earlier, maybe rebuild if it is the OE pump and replace if it is a replacement. A new one is about $30-40 I believe.
One note on the brakes...I have the 11 inch drums all around and on the rears I put on cylinders that were one size bigger than what Napa said to use, as I already had them. Anyway, they work fine, but occasionally on gravel I do get some lock up on the rear wheels when they should just be rolling. I would stick with the cylinder that is called for on the rears. Just my experience.
