MHO, as tim said a 2A front plate, I belive the "REAR" is a typo and the seller means "RARE" (hardly). I see a "J" s/n and a pad where the oil filter would be, this would give it a casting number of 641087 and the first style w/pad, and a gear driven cam, also without the truck intake manifold and carb, and vacume advance dist it would be a 60 hp engine, not anything more. A common 47 2A engine, nothing more than a core for rebuilding, IMO not worth $300, unless the head was removed and the pan for inspection, and if looked ok, maybe $200, still to many what if's.
