What method has proven acceptable for removing worn distributor shaft bushings and installing new ones? The service manual just says to replace them if worn but without any clue as to how to get them out and in. Any 'been there, done that' suggestions will be appreciated. Distributor is the standard AutoLite IAD-4008A. Thank you
