I can only speculate but as a small business owner for 17 years you can't expect to have a good reputation and customer base by not being truthful up front about time frame for work and keeping customers informed. There is a tendency to say yes to every job when you know you can't do the work. Then you have to go through the big book of excuses. I have kept all the e-mails and clearly they do not reflect a truthful account from New Life. Unless I had a written agreement with a date certain to complete with some sort of recourse I would not have anything to do with New Life. I am hopeful they will get squared away but until evidence points that out you are taking a chance. If she had just said up yours I had absolutely no recourse except through lawyers and then it is just more money pouring out. You do send the frames and the skins are sewn on. I hope this helps. I do not want to be vindictive but I also do not want to help a problematic situation continue.
