engine swap to a kasier flat head

So when i got my 2a i knew it had a ruff life.  every drive train component that i ve worked on has been over hauled so far. It's all been not just a fast rebuild either. it's needed the whole parts book.  The engine is no different. multiple types of valves are in the head, no compression, worn out etc. the owner of the jeep 2 owners ago sent me a message to buy a flat head in the back corner of the garage he had. ( the engine came with the jeep ) So i did, it's freed up. as i get time i'll pull the oil pan and go threw it. i hope it's a runner. or at the very least cost less the finish then the go devil that's in the 2a now. thoughts on how easy this is to swap ? should just bolt in ?

A Kaiser Super sonic is a Willys 134L with a high compression head and a larger carburetor. The only physical difference is in the combustion chambers. Oh and it would have come with a Vacuum Advance distributor which if the vacuum can is working is a nice upgrade. If the Vacuum can is shot then its costly to replace one. As to bolting right in as long as the Front engine plate is from a CJ either 2A or if your jeep is a 3A then a 3A plate it will fit.

thanks for the info. I'm debating after i clean it up and inspect the bearings how far to go to rebuild it.  i'd do new valve springs and valve job. maybe new rings ? all my previous engines were just plan shot. and cost me 2100$ or more to get redone.
