My first pair, I made (just wood screws up from underneath) made high enough to keep the non-stock w/s wiper arm from resting on the hood when down. Will have to wait and see what the correct w/s wipers look like with these blocks I bought that "were correct for your jeep" otherwise I'll make another set.
Use something to shim with until you get it to set the way you want.
The w/s frames can be adjusted. Yours may be a transplant and will be stiffer than a CJ-2A frame (not to mention will sit higher too). However, yours can still be bent. The only measurements I've seen are for the CJ3B.

https://cj3b.info/Drawings.htmlI can't recall seeing that published for the 2A or the 3A w/s. I'm not sure if If the clamps and seals are doing okay, but it may not be worth the effort to loosen the pivot brackets and move it around. It may be easier to cut some different blocks for it to rest on.
