American Bantam is Coming Back?

Been doing some Bantam Trailer research and came across this:

I think they have some skewed historical information after WWII but interesting website if they are returning

I saw your post on the 2A forum.   I agree with a post there that it doesn't appear road legal.

A few things struck me in their manufacturing comments:
.....American Bantam® will launch our line of off-road vehicles....
.....Off-road vehicles don’t require crash testing which will allow us to go to market sooner.....
.....Our strategy is to begin manufacturing off-road vehicles in the USA while we engineer compliance with USA automotive regulations for a completely new street-legal off-road vehicle.....
