Bend Or. car show.
« on: August 05, 2011, 12:17:40 AM »
This is the big weekend and the biggest car show of the year in this area. Over 300 vehicles. The 52 will be there and hopefully in the proper class this time. Last year they had it in the 4wd class with all the jacked up, modified trucks and broncos. This year it will be in the stock, no longer made class. Heres hopeing. ;)

:)Well I did manage to get a sponsers trophy and ribbon. It was the only jeep there and I cant begin to tell you the response and interest shown by the public. People around and even under it all day. Many questions and 3 people who have jeeps wanting to know about parts venders. 347 vehicles entered.

Congratulations! Wish I could have been there.  A vacation to Sun River would have been great, and floating the Deschutes from Big River to Sun River would be good fishing.  Also Crane Prairy for big trout, and Wikiup for Kokinee (sic). Man, you got some good 4-wheeling country there!  Jim
